Nick’s passion for construction began early—spending his summers working alongside Maynes Construction Company while attending Chaminade College Preparatory School and later Saint Louis University, where he earned his degree in Marketing. These formative years gave him an in-depth understanding of every phase of the home building process, from foundation to finish.

In 2002, Nick founded The Maynes Group, expanding his vision for quality and client-focused service. A year later, he earned his Missouri Real Estate Broker License and launched TMG Realty, where he continues to guide buyers, sellers, and investors through all types of real estate transactions.

Nick’s portfolio spans new home construction, luxury renovations, large parcel acquisitions, and multi-parcel redevelopment projects, showcasing his ability to navigate both residential and commercial real estate with skill and precision.
